Our Beef Shanks, complete with their marrow bones, are excellent baked in the oven or in a slow cooker with red wine, vegetables and seasonings. Also known as Center Beef Shanks, a cross-section of the leg, which is used extensively for movement. As a result, it is typically braised to make flavorful, fork-tender dishes such as Osso Buco.
