Each steer will vary in weight, and vary in leanness which determines the number of steaks, size of roasts, and how much ground beef each steer will yield. Therefore, it is impossible to list the “actual” amount of  cuts in a 1/2 Beef Package.You can choose the thickness of your steaks: 1” or 1 ¼”  or 1 ½”.  You can have a Prime Rib Roast OR about 10 Rib-Eye Steaks.  You may also opt for NY Steaks and Tenderloins in place of Porterhouse and T-Bone Steaks, (they come from the same cut). Or choose a mixtur of all steaks. There is a $500 deposit for the 1/2 Beef Package. Current price: $14.50 per pound, you’ll receive APPROXIMATELY 200 to 225 pounds, with all cuts individually packed and labeled. 2 London Broil
2 Flat Briskets (3-4 lbs) or you can have 1 full butcher cut Brisket

Our Sausages

Our sausages have all natural ingredients and no preservatives. We package our sausage in 1 pound packages with no minimum amount you can order, subject to current availability . There is an additional charge for their preparation. None of our sausages are cooked and have no soy or milk.

Our Italian, Breakfast, and Chorizo sausages are all beef sausages and are processed using only natural non-GMO, and gluten free ingredients. (Dextrose is added to only our Bratwursts)  

Italian ingredients: Salt, spices (including Fennel and Black Pepper) $3.00 per pound processing fee.

Breakfast ingredients:  Salt, red peppers, sage, sugar, black pepper. $3.00 per pound processing fee.

Chorizo Ingredients: Chili peppers, salt, spices, garlic powder, less than 2% Tricalcium phosphate as an anticaking agent; (Tricalcium phosphate is a calcium salt found in many nutritional supplements.) $3.25 per pound processing fee.
