Whole Beef Package

Each steer will vary in weight, and vary in leanness which determines the number of steaks, size of roasts, and how much ground beef each steer will yield, therefore, it is impossible to list the “actual” amount of  cuts in a Whole Beef Package. You have many choices to customize your cuts in a Whole Beef package, and we are here to help you. Contact us

You can choose the thickness of your steaks: 1” or 1 ¼”  or 1 ½”.  You can have  Rib Roast OR Rib-Eye Steaks.  You may also opt for NY Steaks and Tenderloins in place of Porterhouse and T-Bone Steaks. Let us know if you want the Liver or to use part of your ground beef for sausages. Current price: $9.50 per pound, you’ll receive APPROXIMATELY 400 to 450 pounds, with all cuts individually packaged and labeled. 4 Cross Rib Roast
8 Chuck Roasts (2-3 lbs each)
Rib Roast: This is your Prime Rib OR CHOOSE: 10 to 14 Rib Eye Steaks
4 Sirloin Tip Roasts (3-4 lbs)
8-16 Sirloin Steaks
Kabob Chucks and Fajita strips cut from the round (approx. 8 packages of each about 1.5 lbs each)
4 London Broil
4 Tied Briskets (3-4 lbs)
About 32 lbs of Short Ribs
24-32 lbs of Stew Meat
Neck Bones (16-24 lbs)
Cross Cut Shanks (about 16 lbs)
