Each steer will vary in weight, and vary in leanness which determines the number of steaks, size of roasts, and how much ground beef each steer will yield, therefore, it is impossible to list the “actual” amount of  cuts in a Whole Beef Package. You can choose the thickness of your steaks: 1” or 1 ¼”  or 1 ½”.  You can have  Rib Roast OR Rib-Eye Steaks.  You may also opt for NY Steaks and Tenderloins in place of Porterhouse and T-Bone Steaks. Let us know if you want the Liver or to use part of your ground beef for sausages. Current price: $9.50 per pound, you’ll receive APPROXIMATELY 400 to 450 pounds, with all cuts individually packaged and labeled.
